Which edition do I need?
SentiriPDF Personal is for private use at home. Any use at work needs SentiriPDF for Business: use by or for a company, a sole proprietorship, a public body, a school or a non-profit, and use by an employee or contractor in their work.
Do I need an account?
No. SentiriPDF never asks you to sign up or sign in. You get SentiriPDF Personal through Microsoft Store, the same way as any other Store app. SentiriPDF for Business is bought through Polar, which needs your email address for the invoice and the license key.
Is there a subscription?
Not for SentiriPDF Personal: $9.99 is a one-time purchase, including all updates for its major version. SentiriPDF for Business is a yearly subscription of $9.99 + VAT per user.
Do I have to upload my documents?
No. Everything happens on your PC. SentiriPDF only goes online if you convert or paste a web page that shows pictures from the internet, and it asks you first. When you send a PDF by email, it is handed to the email program on your PC.
Is there AI, tracking, advertising or marketing email?
No. No AI features, no tracking or telemetry, no ads, no newsletters, no special offers and no nagging.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
The trial of SentiriPDF Personal is run by Microsoft Store. When it ends, you can buy the full app there for $9.99.
What about updates and future major versions?
Every update within your major version is included: bug fixes, improvements and new features at no extra cost. A new major version may one day be sold as an optional paid upgrade, and the version you have stays yours and keeps working.
Can I get a refund?
SentiriPDF Personal is sold by Microsoft Store, under Microsoft's own refund policy. SentiriPDF for Business is sold by Polar, under Polar's terms. Sentiri never sees your payment details.
Is a placed signature a certified digital signature?
No. SentiriPDF adds your signature as a picture you draw or import, the way you would sign on paper. It does not add certificate-based digital signatures.
Which systems are supported?
Windows 11 on 64-bit (x64) PCs. Attachment previews work in Outlook Classic, the desktop Outlook; the new Outlook for Windows does not support them.
